History 

The first rural lodgings of Avapessa were build in 1983, within a pastoral framework at 300 meters of the village. 5 villas - T2 type - constitute an independent unit.

In 1989, 3 others lodgings were built in the center of the village, in an old typical village houser, at the top of the Town hall.

In 2002 finally, 9 others lodgings of great comfort were built on a raised ground of 12.000 m ², including tennis, grounds of game of bowls, bubbling baths, Reception Office. The communal restaurant supplements the unit and offer prepared dishes.

• In the middle of the small Region Balagne in Northern Corsica.
• at 12 km of Ile Rousse and 19 km of Calvi, 10 to 15 minutes from the sea.
• Avapessa is located between Cateri and Muro at 250 m of altitude, within a vast of olive grove, dominating the plain of Regino.

Description of the hirings

The lodgings of 1989 are designed for 5 people maximum. The others lodgings (1983 and 2002) can receive from 6 to 10 people.
In all the lodgings, washing machine, Television, Dishwasher in those of 1983 and 2002, as well as an fully integrated kitchen, hotplates, microwaves grill… Bathroom (shower, wash-hand basin, separate WC).

• Kitchen : Complete crockery and various ustensils (Coffeemaker, robot), 2-doors Refrigerator.
• Living Room : (According to the year of construction) 3 one-person beds or 1/2 person convertible beds; two lodgings of 1983 have a mezzanine with convertible and/or 1-person bed. Table, chairs, Television, Cupboards. Terrace with garden chairs.
• Room : A 2-persons bed, Cupboards, bedside, …
• Bathroom : Wash-hand basin, bath-tub or shower; bidet in the old lodgings, small cupboards, WC, iron and ironing board.
